The Turner Ablaze Hybrid Series clubheads (3 & 4) are slightly larger than the previous Turner hybirds, and has a larger footprint to give a higher MOI and tremendous forgiveness for long and straight results. A rear 8 gram weight moves the CG position lower and farther back which makes the club easy to launch high and long.

    Never thought I could order a set of clubs online and get what I expected.

    I'm an older player who plays occasionally. This set performs very well (good response and feel). I chose the "Aldila Gamer Senior" shafts and these clubs have made a world of difference over my older set of Titleist (steel shafted, D3, regular flex) clubs. I was leery at first about the larger size of the Hybrids. However, they are easy to hit, have good flight and are true. And, I now hit my Pitching Wedge as far as I used to hit my 8 Iron. The design of the bottom sole of the irons allows you to glide through the turf, and the low center of gravity will still get you some air on those top-heavy hits.

    I did an honest assessment of my abilities and needs, a little research on the available shafts (check specs), and then used their sizing and shaft update charts as a guideline. Bottomline, I hit a homerun. Didn't rate an excellent because I can't beat Tiger or Phil yet. :o)
