| If your shipment arrives with damaged items, save the package and packing material and contact our sales staff immediately. Our staff will provide you with the necessary information to ensure that your claim is handled quickly and effectively. |

| Our primary method of ground shipment within the Continental United States is FedEx. FedEx 2 Day is used for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx is used for any type of Air Shipment. Shipping, handling and insurance are applied to all orders. Guidelines: • All club orders are custom assembled and usually ship from Redwing Golf within 7 business days. Normal assembly time is 3 days but during the busy Spring/Summer season it may be longer. Orders are shipped as soon as custom assembly is completed. • Internet orders placed on the weekend are processed the following business day (Monday, unless it's a holiday). • When possible, use our website www.redwinggolf.com It is the most current source for new products and club specifications. • All prices and products are subject to change without notice. • Irons are sold in sets, with individual long irons and wedges available as individual clubs. Sets can not be altered. |
