• What is the warranty period for golf clubs?
All Redwing
Golf clubs are covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage under
normal playing conditions. Any driver or fairway wood that dents due to
a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty.
Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear
from play is not covered.
• What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return period.
1.
Return Unused -
Return your club purchase unused (with head wrapping intact) and receive full store credit for the purchase
of other clubs.
2.
Return Used -
Return your club purchase used for 80% store credit for the purchase of other clubs.
Clubs must be returned with
normal wear
and not permanently damaged or abused (no dings, chips, pop-up marks,
etc.). Excessive wear will result in a lower refund credit.
This policy applies to
new irons, drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, wedges, chippers and putters.
Used/preowned
clubs, close out sale clubs, altered clubs or combination
sets(including woods and irons) are not included this return policy.
• How much is my shipping?
• When will my order ship?
Golf clubs
require up to 7 days for assembly.
Normal assembly time is 3 days but during the busy Spring season it may be longer. Orders are shipped as soon as custom assembly is completed.
Internet orders placed on the weekend are processed the following business day (Monday, unless it's a holiday).
• How do I return my product?
1. Contact Redwing Golf to obtain an RMA number.
2. Package all returned items well, for safe return shipping*.
3. Include a copy of your original packing slip, with the RMA number noted.
